Siamo stati davvero bene in questo hotel! La pulizia era impeccabile, con un cambio degli asciugamani giornaliero. Le strutture dell'hotel erano eccezionali, con una grande varietà di opzioni per mangiare, compresi ristoranti, uno sushi bar, una pizzeria e un rooftop bar che era semplicemente fantastico di sera. C'erano anche negozi, compreso uno Starbucks, e una piscina spaziosa e ben tenuta. La posizione dell'hotel era perfetta: si trovava di fronte al parco Volcano Bay e a pochi passi dai parchi tematici. Potevamo anche entrare nel mondo di Harry Potter un'ora prima dell'apertura e c'era anche una navetta gratuita per il parco acquatico Volcano Bay.
Tutto è stato meraviglioso, non abbiamo avuto alcun problema durante il nostro soggiorno.
